Cleaning is no longer just bleach in a bucket. There are safety protocols and standards to be met in order to ensure all jobs are done properly and thoroughly. We are COSSH certified and our technicians are fully trained in the products we use, and know which products to use for each job or surface they are cleaning.
We also take health and safety seriously and would always point out risks during our assessments so you are fully aware of what can and cant be carried out with reasons why.
In an effort to limit damage to the environment, we also offer probiotic cleaning products, which are safer for the environment and also offer a barrier against the spread of nasty germs and bugs.

Yes we offer fully covered with Public and Employee liability insurance for your peace of mind and ours.
Yes all of our employees are fully trained in-house before they are assigned to clean your home. Many have years of experience, however we do still like to offer them our own training so we know no job gets left.
We cover Tarporley and Nantwich.
We offer a range of ways in which to pay. We accept cash, bank transfer and convenient card payment through our secure om-line software system.
Yes, you will receive an email the day before, and a text reminder on the day of our visit.
No, we don't believe in tying people into a contract, you are free to withdraw services at any time. We do have terms which we like clients to agree to before service commences.
It is up to you to decide whether we clean for you that week or not. We are happy to re-schedule where we can, and we are equally happy to let ourselves in, providing we have a key or a code to allow us to gain entry. Often when clients are away it gives us an opportunity to offer different services, and catch up on deep cleaning such as cleaning the windows, wiping down doors, skirts, cleaning the fridge, washing bins etc. We are very flexible in how we approach your time away.
Unfortunately, we are all human, and we do get ill from time to time, and often without notice. If this happens, we ask that you give us at least 48 hrs notice, although we understand that this is not always possible. Where we can, we will re schedule your visit to a later date.
Yes, all of our staff are trained during their 4 week induction with. They work along side a senior member of our team and are assesed weekly until we feel they have the skills and confidence and can clean to our standards either with another team member or independantly.
Yes. We offer one off cleans, these are great for End of Tenancies', post renovation, pre or post parties, spring cleans, Xmas cleans, or if you have guests visiting and things just need a bit of a freshen up.
Yes we are, we are members of the DCBN www.dcbn.org.uk. A trade organisation which supports cleaning businesses, and ensures that we remain compliant where we need to be, as the cleaning industry isn't regulated,. It is wise to hire a business from a trade organisation as this usually means they are invested in best practise, training their staff, health and safety, are HMRC registered, and are able to provide proof of their insurance.
We do not offer credit terms and all payments are due on the day of the clean.
Yes. Once a job has been completed by a member of staff, an invoice will be raised and sent via email or text which can be read in your client hub. Once paid, we receive notification and mark it as received. Reminders are sent out after 3 days if payment has not been received in that time.
